Lifecycle of a Bundle Order
- 1. Storefront Selection: The customer configures sizes, colors, and quantities inside the bundle widget.
- 2. Cart Validation: The app checks real-time inventory levels to verify all selected components are currently in stock.
- 3. Checkout & Payment: The customer completes payment via standard Shopify Checkout.
- 4. Instant Stock Deduction: Shopify's inventory service deducts 1 unit from each variant SKU across your assigned fulfillment locations.
- 5. Refund / Return Handling: If the customer initiates a return, restocking returns the specific item to inventory cleanly without manual reconciliation.
